While there are many new items, many of them are not part of the affiliate network.
I will be sharing them scattered between the images.
The gorgeous Gracie Hampton Garden murals are available to the general public, but years ago, one needed to get them through a designer or architect. I purchased my panels through the New York City showroom in the D&D Building. (My old stomping ground!
You can see me in 2015 in some embarrassingly bad videos.

The living room looking into the den.

The antique marble fireplace surround came from Renzo Van Engelen in the Netherlands. However, the mantel itself was salvaged from a Parisian flat.
The four large Anglo-Indian sconces were purchased at an auction. There is a similar style in the widget coming up.

The mirror was custom-made at a frame shop in Boston.
I don’t recommend them, so I won’t be mentioning their name. While the mirror is beautiful, it cost me $4,000.00. Okay, it’s a huge custom mirror, and yes, the frame is real gold leaf; however, the sides of the frame were spray-painted and are not gold leaf. You can see in the image above how flat the sides look. No bueno, but I didn’t make a fuss about it.
The custom wrought iron stair railing by Kenneally Metalworks.
It was quite a production, but worth it in the end!
Jerry Kenneally did a fantastic job of making a new railing look like it had 150 years of wear on it. I’m not being facetious. That’s exactly what I wanted!

The wonderful George Smith Jules sofa in their teal velvet cotton/poly blend velvet. I purchased my sofa through Charles Spada here in Boston.
(Yes, the entry wall covering is virtual.) I am disappointed it didn’t work out, but the new paper will be far less risky.

Sorry about all the wires. Hopefully, the electrician will take care of that in a few weeks when it’s warmer. There is a crucial outlet that isn’t working.

The chandeliers in the living room and den are the 24″ Palladian Alabaster by Brass Light Gallery, a company located in Milwaukee, WI.
Below is the den or second bedroom.

Everything in the den is vintage!
Next time, I’ll be discussing in greater detail more about all of the doors and hinges, plus their sources!

A rendering from 2024.

The round 60″ extension dining table I adore is by Englishman’s.
My son Cale thought it was a real antique!
