Hi Everyone,
This is a link to my interior design letter of agreement that I have used for over 20 years.
Some parts are the same as the original document I had gotten from an instructor at the New York School of Interior Design. And, some parts I added as things came up.
You will notice that it is not written in legalese. And, some will say that there are some things left out.
However, if you work with nice, normal people, (normal meaning, level-headed) you should not have any problems. Please note, I am not a lawyer and you may need other things in your letter of agreement.
But, I can confidently say that this one worked well for me.
