Sometimes I come across a home with such arresting beauty that it always amazes me. Here is such a home. It feels so natural and yet, I’m sure that a lot of thought went into each element. I love the simplicity of the materials and the calm soothing palette of neutral colors highlighted by varying shades of blue. The home is one with its surroundings and calming interiors. I love the scrubbed finishes, pale tone on tone palette and the interior linen curtains. Hanging curtains at doorways, always adds an extra layer of comfort I think.
the Chinoiserie wallpaper is welcoming and an unexpected surprise. I love this room the most! Actually, I love them all!
No upper cabinets. I have a dream… that one day, there will be no such thing as an upper cabinet. Oh, I still do them. But I try to as little as possible.
