Spring has really uhhh…sprrr… (not going to say it!) here in Northern Westchester, where I live. For those that don’t know, Westchester county is just north of New York City and the area I live is quite bucolic.

When I think of spring, I think of that beautiful yellowy green– ya know, chartreuse, that makes my heart soar. Its one of the “universal colors” that goes with EVERYTHING! That is another post, but generally if you see it in nature together with something else from nature, it goes. Mother Nature knows her stuff!

And while I love the colors of ALL of the seasons, there is nothing like a shot of chartreuse to spark up ANY room. Particularly with cool color schemes, it feels so welcoming and refreshing.
